A little about Me.

Just a little introduction about myself. I’ll spare you the details, unless of course, you enjoy juicy stories! I am about to turn 50 this September and can’t believe it but I'm thankful God has allowed me to live and breathe on this beautiful planet! I believe He has a calling on my life and I am still in the place of learning how to be a doer of His word and yielding to His Spirit to be conformed into the image of His son Jesus. I’m still learning—that character is the most import thing!

I work full-time at Costco, heading into my 22nd year! If you have been to Costco on a weekend then you’ll understand why I said, “I’m learning that character is the most important thing!” For real!! It can be a madhouse! If you enjoy running around with your clothes on fire and like a chicken with your head cut off you’ll fit right in. Here's a tip: Go on Tuesday's! It's slower.

Ok. Now about taking pictures. I was told the best way to learn photography was shooting analog—completely manual. It trains you to understand the exposure triangle, your camera, and how to work with light. So off I went!! I picked up my first analog camera in 2016 at an antique shop for around $100 bucks and a book from Barnes and Noble called, “The Beginners Photography Guide.” Close to 10 years later, I’m still not any good. I’ve purchased several more analog cameras, have a fridge full of film and am working on this website. Think I put the cart before the horse? Don’t answer!

Seriously though, I hope to get better and share my progress with you as I venture out and about.

Stay tuned—more to come.
